An improved design on earlier Takumar versions with an extra lens. Initial copies follow a different serial number series and others were modified for a special purpose.

NOTES
- The initial two batches contain at least 375 copies. These have serial numbers from two separate serial number sequences. This may have arisen by temporary use of the Pentax K series, which is quite separate from the screw mount series that all other copies used.
- The third batch shown in red below contains a special non-focussing copy made on consignment (see above).
