INTRODUCTION
A specialised preset lens that must be attached to a bellows apparatus to enable an image to be focussed. It lacks the smooth focussing helicoid mechanism for which other Takumars are so appreciated. In development it was named the "Universal-Takumar". All of the first batch carry this early name (circa 200-300 copies). Because of the need to focus it with a bellows it was re-named for marketing (for use with a bellows kit).
